Conceived by Renzo Piano Building Workshop, Le Renzo takes the form of a fragmented vessel, inspired by the elements around it, playing with light, air, and water to create a building that celebrates Monaco’s place at the heart of Mediterranean life.

 

Le Renzo forms the westernmost edge of the district, a series of residences that rise above a small, bustling port and retail plaza.
Here, at the start of the promenade, residents and locals will be able to form an essential connection with the Mediterranean.

The district of Mareterra in Monaco

Mareterra is the new district of the Principality of Monaco.

This eco-responsible district extends over 6 hectares reclaimed from the sea between the Port Hercule jetty and the Grimaldi Forum.
5 buildings and 14 villas, representing a total of 60,000 m² of luxury housing, are located on this seafront extension.
